30-Day Free Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a full refund, the product must be returned:
- Within 30 days of delivery.
- In its original condition.
- In the original packaging.
- With all included accessories, manuals, and components.
Product Condition Requirements
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
Products must be free from:
- Physical damage.
- Excessive wear and tear.
- Missing parts or accessories.
- Water damage.
- Unauthorized modifications.
Because our Soil Meter is intended for gardening use, products showing signs of extensive outdoor use, soil contamination, misuse, or damage beyond normal inspection may not qualify for a full refund.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from the refund amount if the returned item:
- Is not returned in original condition.
- Is missing packaging or accessories.
- Shows signs of use beyond reasonable product evaluation.
- Requires cleaning, repackaging, or replacement of missing components.
No restocking fee will be charged for products returned in original, like-new condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the product and packaging.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards.
- Final sale items.
- Products intentionally damaged or altered after delivery.
